I am attaching a map of the pool area in Gordonsville.  I have marked how you can drop off stuff and then go to park (2 routes).  Please pay attention to NO PARKING signs...they will tow you.  They will NOT be running a van.  I recommend having a flashlight for the walk at the end of the night (it is down hill on the way back to your car).

Please arrive at 5 to allow time to get swimmer into the pool area before warm-ups. Our seating area will be located straight in on the pool deck...stay as close to the fence as possible.  There is NO shade on this side of the pool. Bring chairs, umbrellas etc.  They will have a food truck for concessions.

I have attached event sheets - please try to write on your swimmer's hands before you get to the pool!  I have also attached the heat sheet - they will not have printed copies at the pool for spectators.
