Louisa Gators Swim Team

We do not cancel swim meets before we go to the pool unless there is an impending threat like a hurricane. We will swim as long as it is just rain. In the event we have thunder/lightning we have to clear the deck and grass area inside the fence for 30 mins. Per league rules we cannot cancel the meet until at least 7 PM so please go to car and remain on site until you hear from me. We have to complete half of the meet in order to be considered a meet.  If we don’t, we have to finish another day. Usually happens on the next day. This is extremely complicated as we have to work around pool and swimmer schedules. Therefore, we do everything we can to get to the halfway point!
